About PEACH Lab

Our vision is a world without preventable nutrition-related diseases

Our mission is to identify and evaluate policies and interventions that prevent nutrition-related chronic diseases and help people live long, healthy lives. We work with policymakers and influencers to ask important, creative, and timely research questions that provide policymakers and institutions with science-based guidance.

Our Values

Scientific Rigor

Our first priority is to conduct rigorous research that advances our scientific understanding of eating behavior and health.

Curiosity

We value openness to new methods and ways of thinking to solve some of the world’s greatest health challenges.

Communication

We value clear communication and dissemination of our work to policymakers and influencers as well as the public.

Impact

We are passionate about evidence-based policy making and work to make strong connections between science and policy.
